"As a therapist, I believe that therapy is a powerful resource for healing, a space for new possibilities, and a catalyst for change. Together, my goal is to help you connect with your own inner knowing, wisdom, and peace."
Why You Might Be Here
You may be carrying a quiet sadness, a sharp anger, or the weight of a recent loss. Perhaps your health feels depleted, a relationship has fractured, or you are facing a profound crisis of betrayal and despair.
Maybe feelings of anxiety, shame, guilt, low self-esteem, emptiness, or restlessness are stopping you from living your life as fully as you wish.
Perhaps you find yourself in a familiar rut, watching the same unhelpful dynamics play out over and over again at work, or with friends and family.
You know something has to change. So here you are on my page. I am glad you found your way.
My Approach to Therapy
As an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist, my role is to help you chart a way through what often feels like confusing, difficult times.
Or maybe what brings you to my door is more nuanced and less defined—simply a need to talk through something worrying or of concern.
A Space for New Possibilities
When we are supported to listen closely to what is challenging us, and we have the space and time in a confidential setting to express our emotions in a safe and contained way, we find that our struggles carry an inner whisper. This whisper creates an opening—a space for new possibilities. Within the painfulness of our situation, we can discover a catalyst guiding us back towards what truly matters.
Working Together
I offer you an empathic, non-judgmental, highly sensitive ear to explore the depths of your experience. Your struggles are not just problems to be fixed, or symptoms to be managed and suppressed. They are often a deeply unconscious nudging, guiding you toward living more happily, more true to yourself. Together, we will work to untangle repeating patterns and understand the deeper meaning behind your current challenges.
About Me & My Background
While our therapeutic connection is the most important part of our work, you also deserve to know you are in safe, highly experienced hands.
First and foremost, I love what I do. I feel deeply privileged to continue to learn from and support the people who cross my path.
For over 30 years, I have walked alongside people navigating major life transitions, crises, and personal growth. My journey as a therapist has been rich, diverse, and global:
International Educator: I have trained and lectured psychotherapists, counsellors, and healthcare professionals across the UK, Norway, Sweden, and the USA.
Clinical Experience: For the last 20 years, I have been a staff member for the Centre for Counselling & Education in London. Alongside my private practice, I have worked within NHS and private medical clinics as a member of multi-disciplinary teams.
Clinical Supervision & Mentoring: I am a clinical supervisor for psychotherapists, counsellors, and healthcare professionals. I also mentor individuals heading up or working in companies and organisations, however small or large.
Relational and family dynamics I have an MA in child, adolescent & Family therapy. and have a particular interest in working with family/relational estrangement & parental concerns
Mindfulness & Meditation: I have been fortunate to study directly with the late Dr Daniel P. Brown, Associate Clinical Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School, who guided me in my practice of meditation, breath work, and mindfulness.
I am accredited with UKCP and hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
A Holistic Approach to Well-being
To support my work and my own life, I draw inspiration and knowledge from spiritual and holistic traditions. I hold a deep personal and professional interest in Ayurvedic medicine, which has profoundly supported my own journey of healing and well-being.
Outside of the therapy room, you will usually find me swimming, practicing Qi Gong, or immersing myself in the natural world. I believe that healing involves the wholeness of who we are—the physical, emotional, and subtle levels of our being—and I bring this grounded, natural perspective to my therapeutic work.
Much of my work is online but I also see people in London at West Hampstead, Kilburn & Maida Vale.
